CHILD POLICY:
- Child aged 0 – 2 years – FOC
- Child aged 2 – 5.99 years – 50% of the adult (Sharing with 2 adults) + Rs 80,000/- (Flight, Visa, Insurance)
- Child aged 6 – 11.99 years – 75% of the adult (Sharing with 2 adults) + Rs 80,000/- (Flight, Visa, Insurance)
- Child aged 12 – 15.99 years – 90% of the adult (Sharing with 2 adults) + Rs 80,000/- (Flight, Visa, Insurance)
VEHICLE RULES:
- Max. 12 working hours a day. (Duration for which the LDC is at disposal).
- Max. 9 driving hours. After every 4 and a half-hour, the driver must rest for a minimum of 45 minutes. The break can be split up to 2 – 3 breaks of a minimum of 15 minutes per break.
- Night rest is 12 hours.
- TL to ensure pax are wearing seat belts and not moving around in the coach.
- TL to ensure that the group keeps the coach neat and clean. Rubbish/dirt should not be thrown inside the coach
- TL to ensure that timings are adhered to. This is very important keeping in mind that Indian itineraries are very tight. In order to complete the tour within the EU regulation of LDC, adherence to timing is very vital. Drivers to not driver outside EU regulation and can at any time discontinue the services due to over driving.
- Tips are not included. TLs are requested to handover tips to the driver without fail. The minimum expected tip is GBP/EURO 3 pp per day.
- One person can take one big luggage and one hand luggage only.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- BOOKING FEE (At the time of Booking) – Rs 50,000/- per person
- 2nd Payment (90 days prior to departure) – Rs 34,000/- per person
- FINAL PAYMENT(60 Days before departure) – Balance full payment (EURO @ retail ROE + Rs 30,000/-)
CANCELLATIONS:
- 90 days prior to departure – 25% of Total Package Cost
- 30 – 89 days prior to departure – 60% of Total Package Cost
- Within 30 days or No Show or Visa rejection – FULL AMOUNT WILL BE RETAINED
